Yogella Studios is a beautiful, light-filled and tranquil space located on Beaconsfield Road in Liverpool, right next door to the historic Strawberry Field. Created with warmth and inclusivity at its heart, the studio is designed to feel welcoming, calm and homely from the moment you walk in. We understand how intimidating busy, crowded studios can feel, especially if you’re new to yoga, so we have thoughtfully created Yogella Studios as a safe, personable space where everyone is welcome, including complete beginners. Here, you can slow down, switch off from the outside world and fully immerse yourself in your practice, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your existing journey.

CLASSES EXPLAINED
slow flow classes (Beginner friendly)
Slow Flow Yoga is a form of yoga that anyone can practice (from beginners to masters). The best part of practicing this sub-form of Vinyasa Yoga is that people of all age groups and yoga expertise levels can access it.
Our Slow Flow classes are light and creative, but slower paced and gentler than the Vinyasa flow class. The class is great for warming up the muscles and joints slowly yet effectively. It encourages you to improve your attention span by holding onto a position and focusing on the moment. The slow rhythm calms down your mind, removes all negativity, and bestows you with a better outlook.
yin yoga
Our Yin yoga class is mostly mat based working with deep stretches targeting areas of tension, promoting fascia release and an increasing flexibility. Blocks and bolsters will be used to aid your practice and make you feel comfortable. This practice will calm your body and mind, allow you to destress and unwind. This practice is a slow pace and is beginner friendly.
vinyasa flow
(all levels)
Our vinyasa flow involves constant dynamic movement from one asana/ pose to another with the breath as the link between the body, mind and spirit. Through each practice we will move and breathe together with fluidity, through a fun, creative and energetic sequence. We will unlock areas of tension, increase strength, flexibility, relax the mind and deepen our yoga practice.
Hatha flow
Hatha Flow is a gently paced yoga practice that combines traditional Hatha postures with smooth, flowing sequences guided by the breath. This mindful approach emphasises alignment and control, with poses held for several breaths to help build strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
A heart-centred, fluid yoga class that blends gentle movement with calming stillness. Expect a steady, feel-good flow that builds light heat while supporting strength, mobility, and mindful alignment, always with a playful, relaxed approach.
