Discover Your Splits Vinyasa Flow (Moderate to Intermediate)
In this class we will be working into the lower part of the body with emphasis on opening the hips and hamstrings, working up to our peak posture splits. Splits pose is an advanced posture however there will be options and alternatives along the way making the journey progressive and accessible for you even if you haven’t unlocked full splits yet. This is a moderate to intermediate level flow.

This flow is about moving and feeling and truly inhabiting your body with emphasis on strengthening and stretching the lower body (glutes, thighs, hips, hamstrings, calves). The sequence works in poses including: lizard, squat, wide leg forward fold, eagle bind, pigeon, warrior 2 and more. This is an accessible practice for beginner levels with modifications to suit you.

This flow is about moving and feeling and truly inhabiting your body. This flow will strengthen and stretch your whole body and will leave you feeling amazing both physically and mentally. The sequence works in poses including: lizard, wide leg forward fold, eagle bind, pigeon, warrior poses, twists and more. This is a moderate to intermediate class with modifications to suite you.
