Core Focus Slow Flow (Beginner)
Strengthen your core with this powerful class. Having a strong core will support you in any physical activity you do, it will protect your lower back and it will bring stability in your yoga practice. We rely on the core in every single yoga pose we do especially with our balancing postures as our balance comes from the centre of the body. Feel great from head to toe with this total body - deep core workout. This is a beginner level class.
