Beautiful Backbends Class 2 Vinyasa Flow (Moderate to Intermediate)
Join me in this is a fluid with invigorating backbending class. We will grow familiar with the sequence, repeating the sequence multiple times and each time we repeat the sequence we will be adding poses, building complexity in our sequence, working up to peak postures including dancers pose, camel pose and bow. This is a moderate to intermediate level class.
